Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d)
Your responsibility
- Disciplinary leadership including recruitment, team building, salary negotiations, vacation planning, conflict resolution, and meeting management
- Professional leadership with customer visit accompaniment, sales skills coaching, performance management, and implementation of company-wide initiatives
- Self-qualification through training in tools, products, services, labor law, and leadership development
- Market analysis with systematic observation, regional strategy development, networking, and event participation
- Region and territory planning including penetration strategies, budget planning, and market development
- Strategy work with market observations, partner identification, collaboration with support functions, and contribution to strategy improvement
Your competences
- Proven leadership experience with at least 2 years of team management and a track record of inspiring, empathetic leadership
- Entrepreneurial mindset with pragmatism, target orientation, openness to change, and continuous learning
- Proven sales success in solution selling, strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Data and digital affinity with the capability for data-driven decision-making and a digital mindset
- Language skills in Danish at native level and excellent English proficiency
- Technical proficiency in MS Office and ideally CRM systems
