Inside Sales Specialist (m/f/d)
Your responsibility
- Customer relationship management, with focus on sales strategy and growth
- Customer support via Cisco Finesse, Chat Support, eShop Contact Form, Emails.
- Lead & order management
- Sales support via internal communication channels (CRM, Emails, Teams, custom tools, etc.)
- Increase local turnover contribution, efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Internal back-up (customer interactions, ASM interactions, create quotes/orders, eShop support, etc.)
Your competences
- Romanian + English speaker (German, optional)
- Sales skills: negotiation, proactiveness, sales process, pipeline, forecast, cross-selling, up-selling.
- Lead management
- Positive attitude, flexibility and adaptability, with strong communication skills; a team player who can also work independently and autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer oriented, relationship management
