Inhouse Consultant CRM (m/f/d)
Your responsibility
- Independent contribution to projects in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM online environment (in use: Marketing, Sales, Field Service, Service)
- Technical testing and consulting of business requirements in the area of Dynamics CRM
- Evaluation of release waves of the Dynamics platform as well as monthly changes
- Development of technical solution concepts in Dynamics CRM with prototypes if necessary
- 2nd level support in the event of malfunctions
Your competences
- At least 3 years of experience in projects, development and support of Dynamics CRM systems
- Good communication skills in the interaction between business and technical topics
- Practical, long-term experience with agile methods (e.g. Kanban, Scrum) and tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Analytical thinking, ability to work in a team, solution-oriented and independent way of working
- Experience with heterogeneous integrated system landscapes
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
