As part of our defined growth targets, we are looking for an SAP MM Processes & Systems Expert (m/f/d) for one of our European locations.
Your responsibility
- Analysis, optimization and assurance of processes in strategic and operational purchasing with regard to quality and efficiency in cooperation with different departments and worldwide locations of the Hoffmann Group, including active project management and cooperation
- Evaluation and technical detailing of new requirements, creation of technical concepts, support of IT-technical implementation, creation and execution of test scenarios and documentation of processes and system settings
- Accompanying the go-live and support phase of new functionalities and rollouts, conducting training and ensuring smooth operation in the production system
- Subproject management of divisional and executive projects, in particular implementation of S4Hana as well as second level support for the International Supply Chain and Product Management division
Your competences
- Completed studies in economics / business informatics or completed vocational training with corresponding qualification as well as at least 5 years of professional experience in process and project management, with focus on IT/SAP processes and improvement with several involved business units in industry and commerce
- Very good ERP knowledge on expert level, preferably SAP module MM, as well as very good understanding of material planning and procurement processes (especially MRP and preferably processing of production orders within the PP module)
- Analytical and process-oriented way of thinking as well as the ability to grasp complex issues quickly and to work out realistic approaches to solutions, including a confident manner, assertiveness, the ability to work in a team, a structured, systematic way of working as well as a high degree of result orientation and willingness to perform
- Business fluent in English as well as presentation, moderation and communication skills, intercultural competencies and willingness to travel
- Qualifications in Six Sigma and Lean desirable as well as basic knowledge of German
