To strengthen our team at Hoffmann IT and General Services company in Romania, we are looking for an Application Engineer / DevOps Engineer CRM (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

  • Ensuring a smooth application lifecycle in the ongoing development of the CRM system.
  • Operation of the CRM system environment (MS Dynamics, Resco Mobile Client, interfaces to other applications)
  • Troubleshooting, configuration and customizing of MS Dynamics
  • Continuous maintenance & extension of monitoring and error analysis including evaluation, documentation and realization of possible solutions
  • Collaboration in projects in the environment of Microsoft Dynamics CRM online 2nd level support in case of occurring malfunctions as well as further development and continuous maintenance of our documentation platforms

Your competencies

  • Completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or similar qualification.
  • At least 3 years of experience in application management or system support or application development in the .NET environment Experience in heterogeneous system environments
  • Desirable experience with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system as well as with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) or AzureDevOps
  • Experience with agile methods (e.g. Kanban, Scrum) and tools (JIRA, Confluence) and ideally knowledge in deployment and test automation as well as with integration solutions like Tibco or Mulesoft
  • Good knowledge of German & English, both written and spoken
